Refund policy

Returns are accepted for exchange or credit but not refund. 

Here’s the simple procedure for return/exchange goods purchased online:

  • Please contact the team at sales@sonsadventure4x4.com
  • All return/exchange must be requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Returned products are subject to inspection and are to be in new condition.
  • Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.
